Some of the materials we have found asbestos in
- adhesive backing
- popcorn ceilings
- acoustic ceiling tiles
- pipe insulation
- duct tape
- attic insulation
When an item containing asbestos is disturbed it will release asbestos fibers which are then inhaled through the lungs and can cause damage to the human body, mainly when it is encountered on a regular basis due to a work or home environment. Through the years we have unfortunately met multiple people who have been diagnosed with a health problem related to asbestos. The U.S Department of Health and Human Services classifies asbestos as a carcinogen which is why we are here to prevent this possible health risk.
